June's goal is kinda stumping me.
Right now, I'm trying not to stress eat...as I have to fit in my wedding dress in 18...holy crap...18 days.
I really need to get 3 FAL projects done:
my HST project Linus quilt
the Scrappy Tripalong
the Halloween quilt.
Realistically, I'm going to go with finishing the Scrappy Tripalong.
I think it may be baby sized. The top is done. I just have to find a back and all that.
I'd love to get the other 2 done as well, but I'm kind of stressing out with cleaning, packing, writing vows. I could go into full on no sleep summer mode and power through. Just not sure.
Trying to hang on for one more day....and to not eat the entire pint of Ben and Jerry's.
I am totally loving the fact that you are as focused on quilting as you are the wedding. I might have spent several hours at a JoAnns Fabric clearance sale while I was trying to decide if I was really in labor or it was just really regular braxton hix contractions. I might have taken a newborn to a quilt guild meeting.
ReplyDeleteHang in there girl! Remember in just 19 days you can savor that Ben and Jerry's without any guilt!!! Plus I am so ridiculously impressed with you that you're so close to the wedding and still sewing at all. You're doing GREAT!
ReplyDeleteBig, deep breaths! And remember you can eat yourself silly on your honeymoon, that's what it's for ;o)
ReplyDeleteIt is a busy month for you. Good to pick something doable!
ReplyDeleteYour scrappy tripalong is beautiful. Best wishes on the wedding.
ReplyDeleteDon't push it. It wouldn't do at all for you to be totally exhausted on your wedding day. The projects can wait.
ReplyDeleteLove your Scrappy Tripalong! The pinks & greens are beautiful.
