ALYOF- August finish!

I spent a huge chunk of time handquilting at the front end of the month.

Then my hands got sore....and I got into back to school mode.

But I rallied over the weekend....and just worked on this project.

And it's done!

I love it!

August ALYOF goal

Keeping it straightforward.  Trying to get it done before my birthday midmonth.

I want to finish my Gypsy Wife.

I'm handquilting using a boatload of perle.

I'm not a huge fan of handsewing, but I kind of love this quilt enough that I mentioned to my husband that I might make another.  It's got that ugly pretty thing going that I kind of dig.
